Assets are up 48%, net worth up 72%. Where did the new wealth come from?
Knowing that average can sometimes be misleading, I wonder if a median wealth for this age group is possible and how it would compare to trends.
DFAs don’t provide median. Estimates could be assembled from scratch from other (survey) microdata sources, but multiple data and methodological differences would make it a very dicey measure/comparison.
